These chocolatey overnight oats were my absolute favorite during bodybuilding prep! You will love them too no matter where you are on your fitness journey. These oats will provide you with enough carbohydrates to fuel your workouts and enough protein to leave you satisfied and hit your your macro goals.
Ingredients:
50 grams of oats
5 grams of cocoa powder
Liquid stevia (always measure with your heart)
15 grams of chocolate whey protein
100 ml of unsweetened almond milk
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (MINIMUM 4 hours)
- ENJOY!!!
